1971 Datsun 240ZG - JDM-Style Modified Gnose

Hey guys,

Thought there might be some interest for my Z here.
Finally decided to sell the car.
Car is slated to be featured in the Japanese classic car magazine Nostalgic Hero.
Majority of modifications were done within the past year and I have most receipts.

Issues Left to be Taken Care of (it’s 40 years old!):
- Car was painted thick around 10 years ago and is showing its age (splitting in a few spots). However, car has no visible dents and very minor rust.
- Leaks oil. Not a problem driving, but I do park it over a mat.
- Brake pedal has excessive travel. Fairly common Z issue - it may be the reaction disk, or air in the system. Once the pedal is depressed and stiffens the car brakes well.

I actually have a paint matched hood for the car, however it has 280zx vents on it and some rather bad paint cracking around the vents. I prefer the cleaner non-vented hood to accentuate the sleek long nose, so I put a stock 240z hood on and painted it satin black until the time comes when the car gets a full respray. The buyer can choose either hood.

Your R32 is really nice, but it would be too costly a track car for me to have fun in, and I can't drive it on the street here in CA. =(

i looked at all 125 pics he has for this car.. its a beautiful and well put together car!!!..this car needs some paint and rust work b4 its a show stopper!!!! the rust is not that bad but its still there and looks like its starting to push out of the paint in some spots..im not down playing the sweetness of the car cuz i love it!! bump bump..only saying it needs some tlc from whoever buys it.. i hope u still it in 2-3weeks cuz i will fly to LA and talk cash with u about it... its my dream car... good luck but i hope i get it!!! lol
