not a big VW fan myself, but damn, for $200 i'd take it. is that $200cdn or usd?

my plan was a 1.8T, but i foudn out VR6 is easier and cheaper. from a 97 jetta. its being put in now. will take a while though

Nice car. 2nd gen Jettas and Golfs are my second love, after 240's and Z's of course. They make nice winter beaters, too.

you throwing in the plus axle and everything?
what year is it? does it have central electric 2? if it does - the wiring is SUPER easy :)
i would have done a g60 engine, but that's just me. have fun with her!

vr6 motors are torque monsters!!!!!!!!!!!screw the g60, my father has a 2001 gti glx vr6 and that thing will kick like hell, i love that motor, it is the most underrated motor ever, that will be fun man, post pics when its finished
