can you run stock fuel injectors (ka24de) on a aftermarket fuel rail?

I was doing some research trying to find out if its possible to run stock fuel injectors on a aftermarket fuel rail just to clean up the engine bay and simplify the fuel system on a 91 ka24de?

cant find much about it, anyone have more info?

if its a side feed rail then yes.

top feed rail no
