A4 1.8t or WRX?

Just like the title says.. still keeping the 240 but i'm getting another car thats a bit more practical to drive around when i'm fixing stuff on the 240. figured responses here might be less biased than an Audi or Subaru board. keep in mind this is more of a car to make look pretty and decently quick, not going to be heavily modded. found both for around the same price, here are my pro's and cons so far:

A4 1.8t quattro w/sport package: pros - more classy, refined and comfortable, looks better (opinion)
cons - couple years older (99-00), no warranty, smaller engine (but still a nice powerplant), more expensive to repair

WRX: pros - newer (02), faster (stock), handles better (stock), lighter, warranty, cheaper to own (i'd think??)
cons - heard they feel cheaper all around than an A4, not crazy about the styling, not as refined

i'm leaning towards the A4 but i can't overlook the fact that the WRX is so much newer and still has a warranty.. any ideas?

a4 time, those are real classy cars and they could hold there own in a race just in case you gotta teach some1 a lesson,i say go for the a4 since it nots gonna be really modded.

no question...WRX...i have a friend with that exact (well close) car, 98 A4 1.8T...60K miles on it...says he NEEDS to get rid of it in the next 5000 miles because EVERYTHING is starting to go wrong with it...said he would buy another Audi cause they are great cars...but he'd be sure to lease it for 3 years...no way he would buy another...definately not a car you want to own for many years...
