I searched a little, didn't find a thread on this, my suggestion would be to drop the 30 second time limit between sending pms down to at least 15 seconds. When I get home at the end of the day and try to respond to pms I find myself waiting 25 seconds a few times a day just to reply to the next person.
Is that something possible to change?

i actually agree with this. also not entirely sure why theres a wait time between searching? sometimes you double click then youre stuck waiting until you can hit submit again and hope you dont lag or double click.
also you want new members to search rather than go new post button happy. just something to think about as well

Both of you can stand down on this.
Quick searches and PM blasts are calling cards of spambots... We have enough issue with the tricks they seem to come up with seemingly every other day without giving them new (or relaxing old one) for them to exploit.
Therefore, it ain't happening.

Is there a way to alter time limits for premies since spammers wouldn't pay for a membership? I suppose that could be another feature to encourage more premium memberships.
Edit: Nevermind, I see what you mean. PM blasts bring up red flags your saying. Got it.

I looked in the Admin CP...
I cannot change those two options for any one user group without changing them for all user groups.
Therefore, the "one bad apple spoils the bunch" rule applies.
As it were, I cannot imagine what is being said in a PM that would require that someone send a new one within 30 seconds anyway - and fuck, I type 45 words a minute!
As for the search, that will just have to be one to suck up, I am not relaxing that one either.
