What is a good spark plug gap for my sr red top, I'm only running 8 lbs?

put 3 washers on the end of your spark plug when u put them in so it has a reallllly good gap

Gaps range between .032 (32 thousanths) and .025 or so NOT .28. Run them tighter at higher boost

...last time I checked it was measured in inches. That would be around .8mm
.28mm is about .011" which is way too small of a gap.

Granted this link is fora KA BUT check out the spark plug gap. .28mm is definitely not correct.

few weeks ago i gapped mine to .060, tho gotta mention that i'm also running aftermarket multisparking ignition... so far so good, definitely smoothed out the powerband :D
