Hey, IM planing to get some Gramlights for my 95. I wanted to ask how should my Tire setup as? 16x7 FRONT and 17x7.5 REAR? and what Kidna Offset?
I just order suspension of AGX and Sporline would they rub on a 42 offset? Because I have 17x7 42+ Im riding right now before I part my Old Rim away for GramLights. So I need to know will my Suspension rub with my Old RIm?
Question-
1- Whats a Good tire setup for a 16 in front and 17 rear?
2- Will a 42-offset rub if I install my AGX/Sporline to my Old Rim?
Thank you.
PS- Does anyone know any Good Rim with Good offset and good Size beside the Gramligths? Im open for any other rims with Good offset with 16 and 17 Set up thats Cheaper with a better price than 250 a rim.

if youre gonna spend money on wheels (especially nice wheels), at least get good size/offset.

Gram Lights come in all sorts of different sizes and offsets. Get lower offsets than 42.

At least get a 17x8 all around, or 17x9, I have 17x8.5 front and 17x9.5 rear, makes for good grip, but I cant rotate the tires.
Depends on how much power you're making... if you're not making much, I'd suggest 16*8 and 17*8, offset around +20 all around.
If you have a bit of power (more than say 200rwhp) then it'll start making sense to go wider, maybe 9" out back.
Do not, though, and I repeat, DO NOT get the sizes you listed. :axe: Your car would look absolutely and I repeat absolutely assalicious.
If it means anything to you, on my car, I'd probably go 16*8.5 +20 F and 17*8.5 +15 R. 215/50/16 (?) and 215/45/17.

i ran 16x8 -15 front and 17x8 +18 rear
with 205/55/16 Yoko ES100s
and 215/45/17 Toyo F1z? or some crappy tire name (it was toyo f something)
anyways..drifting..LOVED it. i need more power but overall, very stable and fun. hehe.cant wait for POWER then its 17/18 hahaha
stock KA. illpost vids later. did ok yesterday. very very pleased.
yeah your size and offset posted SUCKS.
Yeah, I heard you were super smooth yesterday!! good job!
I'm looking forward to your videos... BTW 17*8 +18 isn't the best offset... xp -- you have rolled fenders! I hope you were using at least a 10mm spacer or something. :)
