94 motor ka24de in my 95 s14 (has my s14 intake manifold, dizzy, ALT)
I blew my stock motor couldn't finish my monster sr20 and needed a motor and had this one laying around. I finally got it to run for a sec but it was really ruff and choppy and idle.

K so I know there's probably a ton of write up with this but everyone has a different point of view or a different way. Some people say put the crank on the farthest from TDC others say put it to TDC. Then for the dizzy line it up with the dimple or the pin hole. And there's so many ways people are saying to do the firing order. If someone could be so kind and help me out.

look at the factory manual its really simple. set to tdc on the crank make sure the cams are facing out on lobe one, and rotor is at cylinder number 1.
