shipping to PR is the same as to any other state... USPS Priority, UPS Ground, everything works the same even if we are a sea apart...

nope no customs to PR. flat rate boxes are considered domestic to PR lol i could ship a diff to PR for 11 bucks or i could ship it to jersey for 11 bucks. both via usps flat rate.

I just tried and both fedex and usps consider it international shipping. It is "too large" to ship usps says.
