Well, not really. Had to make a magazine advertisement for my desktop publishing class...so of course I wait until the night before to do the project. :bash: Anyway, a few hours later, this was the finished product.

Needless to say this is like my 2nd adobe 'work' so no don't be TOO hard on me :fawk:

haha that'd be great. but if we're gonna do that, we should change the s13 on there to that "S16" that everyone fell for about a year ago.

U bastard!!! It did seem odd for it to be in FL, but I couldn't make the first one cause I'm in TN, and my uncle lives in Florida. I was already on the phone with folks planning a road trip before I scrolled down and read the rest of the thread. BASTARD!!!!!

"Sorry everyone, but NO there will NOT be a D1 event in Orlando nor anywhere in Florida next year. D1 is still planning out their 2004 schedule as we speak. Tentatively they plan on coming back in late February, but it is not confirmed.

Why Cali again you ask? Because it is where most of the companies with teams are based, such as A'pex and HKS. It is easier on the teams' US offices in hosting staff from Japan, storing cars, etc. when they are in their hometown. BUT there are some developments from our office for 2004 that might include Florida. Please check back to www.d1gp.com in mid-November.

btw - Viking, great bootleg D1 graphics. Whoever you got it from I'd tell them to stop doing that. I doubt the D1 Japan nor our staff appreciate it.

Thanks everyone for supporting the drift scene, look out some announcements in mid-November!"

I took it off the my site, as it looks like it was getting passed around the net enough that it got D1GP's attention.
