Speed Sensor Question

I have a 1992 Nissan Hardbody truck with a KA24E and 5-speed tranny. I have swapped to a newer dash that requires a digital speed sensor instead of the old mechanical one. I got one from here from a S13 with a 5-speed and it does not seem right. The top sensor is the mechanical one from my truck and the bottom one is the one from the S13. Is there a speed sensor from a 240 that will work? I can't seem to find one over on the truck forums, so I was thinking I would have some luck here.

the tranny on the ka s13 is different from the d21 ka tranny. u might be able to get away with just swappin the tailshaft housing but im not sure. with this u mad need a different driveshaft or nod ur old one b/c they may be different lengths :/

Are any of the 240 transmissions the same as the truck? it's really hard to find a speed sensor out of a 94-97 4-cyl 5-speed D21.
