All depends on how u plan on using the car if it's just a dd and something to play around in a z32 or j30 will be fine if u want to keep the s13 pumpkin then get a real LSD like a. Tomei or something of the sort

j30
z32
r32
s15
q45
jdm 180sx vlsd

rb25 or higher - I would recommend a diffs above for a smooth driving daily.

stock rb20 - stock s14 vlsd will be fine or the names above

Like herbie mentioned above, its all about what you want out of your car.

what is your budget?

I can give you high to low options since modifying a car relies on 1 thing - MONEY

well first off all im from the small island of tobago so we dont have acces to lots of parts
but what you think i should do?
what kind of power can the stock s13 vlsd diff take

I don't know how much power a stock diff can take but since you are running about 500-600hp depending on your tune, I am pretty sure you will be breaking axles/diffs if you are drifting with it.

I advise using a nice aftermarket 1.5 way like a carbonetics lsd.

On a different note, I don't see how your oem rebuilt rb20 will stand up to the punishment of a high boost 35r setup without expensive internals + work.

As far as normal daily driving with some occasional spirited moments in between, I would say your z32/j30/q45 diff would be a decent option.

if you have the money to spend (around 2k) get a quickchange diff.
