have a MR2 with one of the rarest swaps for sale. Please read EVERYTHING before asking questions.
Car Information
1991 Toyota MR2
Engine- 3rd gen jdm 3sge n/a engine = 180hp stock (stock usdm TURBO models come 200hp stock). Only a few people in the U.S. have this swap because it is so rare and it is hard to find a 3rd gen engine from japan
74,xxx on engine & 196,xxx on chassis (this engine is very reliable because it's N/A and also it is rare to find engine with such low miles)
THE GOOD
- new paint only 8 months old (white exterior with black interior is very hard to find for MR2)
- aftermarket headers, aftermarket intake with temp sensor, exhaust from the turbo model
- cross drilled & slotted rotors with new brake pads
- turbo X-brace
- HID lights with glass housing
- JDM kouki 94+ tail lights
- Bride bucket seats
- new indash audio with new speakers only 5 months old
- suspension- tokico adjustable struts with tanabe springs
- will include a performance radiator which has not been installed
- T-top model which is perfect for summer
- 5 speed manual
- no rust
- great on gas. I average 27 mpg city and hwy combined with 87 octane
- insurance is CHEAP because it is registered as a sw21 chassis
- car idles very quietly and car sounds very nice when you want to push it a little bit
- car is registered until February 2012
- INTERIOR is 9/10
- EXTERIOR is 9/10
- no electrical problems, mechanical problems, cosmetic problems

THE BAD
- A/C needs some kind of wiring. It is a cheap fix but I didn't fix it because I just ride with the t-top down which I think is better in my opinion (the heater works perfectly)
- radio reception is not very clear but it still works
- the bride seats are not in the best condition (material kinda fading away at the bottom but you will be sitting on top of it anyways so not a big deal)
I was not in a rush to sell but I am motivated to sell now since I need a 4 DOOR car for work
I'm taking a HUGE loss on this car so take advantage of it while you can.
I can negotiate on the price just a little bit. but don't make offers until you actually see the car in person then we'll talk.
