Searched and Searched.....I spent half an hour last night trying to take it off and it seemed to be stuck on the area near the door handle. I didnt want to break anything. I need to get it right off and look at the power lock mechanism to hook up my new car alarm relay to it for keyless entry (unless someone has another tip)

although I have the wiring guide I need to see how things work. I installed the whole thing and im stuck on two freakin wires!!

anyone?

iirc, there's two screws by that handle door area.
One is cover by a plastic tab(hidden), take the tab off and remove the screw.

Did you remove the screw behind the "oh sh*t handle"?? There is one there and then you have to rotate that handle untill it comes off. Also in the door pull (where your fingers go in when you are shutting the door) there is a flip up latch the reveals a screw too. Then remove the door pull piece and try again. I am assuming you removed the front screw which is located near the dash on the door panel itself which is aldo under a little button cap type thing. After that it should pop off, but watch out for the wiring attatched to the door panel after you pull it off.

when u remove the screw under the plastic tab, you have to pull the door handle kinda back so it comes out, then there is a plug if u have the power windows u have to unplug then pull the door panel off

There should be at least screws. One on the o **** handle, one inside a tab on the top corner closest to the dash, you'd have to open your door to see that one, and one on the insert. once you unscrew the insert screw slide the door panel off and your done.

What about ppl who have poor man manual windows... I tried today because my driver door lock wont lock w/o using the key. I got the screw by the dash, the one in the door pull pocket... driver doesnt have the oh s*** handle right?

So after getting the 2 screws, popping off the tabs on the boarder of the door panel, i cant get it over the manual window roller. I saw a type of pin around the pivot of the window roller, but didnt want to mess with it and break something else... Also the door latch seems to be holding the panel on. Can I just pop it off with a screwdriver? I kinda tried but it didnt give so didnt want to force it...

OR anyone got a nice cheap panel I can have incase I destroy this one?!

any info appreciated, Thanks:D

Yea, there is a little metal piece that you have to get out between the window handle and the little circle piece of plastic. Once you get that out, the handle pulls off.

The door panel is so easy to remove its silly.

One screw on the top right. Pop the cover off and unscrew.

One screw in the little storage thingy hidden by a plastic tab. This is the black piece right underneath the door handle/lock. Pull up the tab and unscrew the screw. Pull the piece out, its held in by a few tabs on the bottom... it needs some force.

Pull the trim off from around the door handle. Pry a popper underneath it and yank it til it pops off. You'll need to open the handle and angle it out.

Then just pull the panel up and out. Done. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Good luck
