hahahhhaaaaahah, i parked at the spot next to that handicap area, but i needed the sunlight angle (and didn't want to show the ugly side of the car) without the car parked next to me blocking the picture, so i "temporarily" moved over a bit so it's clear. I moved it back to the parking spot in less than a minute. No handicaps were harmed, I promise

I was going to say, it looks like he was just there for pics. I park in a handicapible spot all the time.......legally. What I hate are people that have handicap plates and appear to just be fatasses and not disabled in any way shape or form. When I first five to Michigan three years ago, I realized there were a lot more handicap spaces up here, then I realized why, everyone is fat and handicapped up here.
