Weeee... just found my coupe finally!

Sup everyone... i been prowlin these boards as an outsider among u all... haha. But i finally found a coupe after lookin at craigslist everyday for a few months or so. $1800! Except shes auto... but from reading this and other boards, it seems that tranny swaps are pretty common/doable.

So yeh... ill be lookin for goods for my new baby... especially auto to 5spd parts!!! Kno any shops/sellers in NorCAL, Bay Area to hook it up tho? Seems like there isnt many... I called one place [Blacktrax] and they said $600 for install [dont think it includes parts], so anyone kno sumwhere whos lower? Im willing to help the mechanics too! I just dont have the time, garage, tools, kno how to do it myself... but i have coveralls! hahahaha

converted anti honda- with a passion.... aneways i bought my s14 just this month... and got a new tranny motor and clutch for it... aneays im gonna be having spare parts cause i got a new setup with lower miles.. its a ka24de.. if that matters to u.. im in nor cal 707.... holla back if u want the used 5spd tranny im willing to make a deal.. i dont deliver dont mail.. but u can sure as hell pick it up...

dunno, thas not THAT complete... im lookin for local too so i can save money on shipping. Yes im that poor/stingy. I heard of a complete set of swap parts for $400 from sumone on this board, but hes in Socal. I dunno, whats avg price for it all [including tranny, driveshaft, crossmember, and flywheel bolts - cuz those are not in that "complete set" link] so ill see...
Im not in a rush, my mechanic friend said thers about 2 yrs left in the auto tranny... but when i start autoX... probly gonna die faster.
