dash light and running light problems

Headlights turn on blinkers work just the running lights (front, back) dash lights and plate light will not work. Replaced headlight switch, replaced white box under steering wheel forgot what it was called, all brand new bulbs housings look healthy. Im wondering if its my HUD speedo? cause it has a bad resistor and only comes on when hot. anything else to test help much appreciated

well your head light switch could have been cleanned out by just doing the contacts,but your TCU will go bad too..did you check your fuses ..i think its the bottom right two up i think in the car..if it is not that pop the hood and look at the passenger side were the battery is and there sould be a fuse box,open her up and you will see two blue 15 amp fuse check them out and let me know how you make out
