take it to a rebuild shop or do it yourself with a sohc starter...swap the mount plate mostly. The sohc starter is actually better than the sr (it's meant to turn a bigger crank so the internals are a little beefier). Just break out some tools and gitrdone!

the gear on mine is mangled so I can't do that : (
