View Full Version : Spec stage 2 pressure plate with ACT replacement disc

I have Spec stage 2 pressure plate for a sr and i was going to get a replaement disc from spec but its $300 and thats $30 less then a complete kit.
I heard that its possible to run a ACT disc on the spec pressure plate, anyone care to chime in?

I've ran a ACT plate with a SPEC disc with no issues so I don't see why visa versa would be an issue.

bumpin' this thread from the dead for the sake of not having to create a new one.

I just ordered an ACT stage 4 unsprung 6-puck disc to go with my SPEC stage 3 pressure plate. The SPEC disc had busted rivets allowing the springs to almost fall out.

I hope this works! Anybody ever done this yet?
