Problems with Yamato garage

I ordered a set of S14 RUCA's from these guys over a month ago after reading numerous positive reviews. After two weeks, I got a message saying they had a problem with UPS and open boxes, and a new set would be on its way. 3 weeks, a voicemail, and multiple PM's later, I have not heard ANYTHING nor received my products. What gives?

My friend "WRONGSIDEDRIVE" also ordered them in the January group buy and never received them either. The guy claimed that there was an issue with UPS but that they were indeed shipped. He's a fucking gutless chump who refuses to reply to anyone.

it took me almost 3 months to get my RUCA's from them. i wouldnt ever buy from them again. the parts look like the took MEGAN arms and just repainted them. quality isnt that good.
and yes there is a review section for this type of problem

I ordered all my arms back in Dec or Jan during that group buy as well. The arms showed up in less than a month. The rucas were coated the wrong color and donovan got back to me right away about it and offered to re coat them. Decided just to keep them. Had no issues with them at all though.
