Hey Guys, Noticed some coolant dripping from the bottom of my radiator so i examined it a bit closer and found a tiny hole in my radiator leaking coolant.

is it bad to use radiator sealant (the kind you pour in) when running a turbo car? I've got an RB25 in my S14 and don't want to mess the turbo up. I've used the radiator sealant before on my KA and it worked great.

Thanks guys.

I say stay away from that snake oil, replace the radiator, especially on a turbo car

Gotcha! Yeah, i plan to purchase another radiator for my car, just waiting for friday to hit (payday!).

But for the mean time, would this be ok on the turbo?

Thanks.

No, because that shit you put in the radiator could clog up other shit that its not intended to clog up. You'd be better off using a plastic epoxy to seal the radiator off from the outside. Done this shit once on an aluminum radiator for a temp fix that lasted over a year.
