MSD Boost timing master. good for really cheap ka-t set up. can adjust timing. good pairing up with a safc II if you dont have an ecu tuned for you current set up. $150 shipped 48 lower states.

can you tell me how this works(i don't know) I'm gonna do a ka-t set up I'm getting info and this thread is interesting

It retards timing by boost pressure psi. It is adjustable. For example you can set it to retard timing 1 degree per pound of boost so that your motor doesn't blow. In this example if you where running 10 psi the timing would be retarded 10 deg. at full boost.

i honestly never used this part when i purchased it from the previous owner. i went sr so this thing just sat and collected dust. i dont think you need to
just need an safc II and this one to tune your set up

Your right that's how I did it on my honda. You do not need the msd ignition box.

yea id seen the set up before thats why i decided to buy this msd. but then i ended up with a deal with sr and i never get the chance to use this

If you still have this by friday i might take it. ima be doing alil more research on it and how to hook this up to an s14. Also i noticed there are some cut wires, is it anything missing? Thanks
