I am just about finished with this swap but I've ran into an issue I just hooked up the clutch line to the clutch slave cylinder and went I went to check the pedal there was no pressure on it at all. When I step on the pedal it goes straight to the floor with zero pressure and I gotta pick it back up with my feet. Do you guys have any idea what the hell is going on here?

Thanks to Sileighty I was about to fix it , I don't know much about cars so when mine would go straight to the floor I was panicking like WTF was going on, anyways I had a friend pump the clutch while I was checking the bleeder. Mine did the same at first and shit just spew everywhere when I was doing it alone that why I got him to help. I had to keep my eye on the clutch fluid level and kept refilled it then gave him the go a head to pump the clutch. Now the clutch is tight and feels great man.

You got the wrong TOB or carrier...slave cylinder is basically over extending itself.
