240SX Hatchback 91'

I have a clean titled 240SX red HB for sale. The car has ~160K on it. Odo and speedometer stopped working about a year ago (shows 145k). I purchased the car from a good friend of mine and just haven't found time to play with it at all. All owners have used this car for a DD except me. I drive the car to work about once every other week.
Car is located in Ventura, CA

It comes with the following:
Brand new PBM coils
welded diff
Brand new 002s and BFGoodrich
Brand new Exedy OEM clutch (less than 100 miles on it)
Misc interior pieces.
(Not installed but comes with)
-Extra 5 speed transmission in great condition
-Extra Sparco replica seat
-Extra Tanabe sustec Pro coils
-Mint condition S14 manual seatbelts
-Good condition front fenders

Cars paint and interior was all redone about 3 years ago. The interior from the seats back is all taken out. No rust issues. Unfortunately, the owner before my friend installed a sunroof.

Bads:
-Got crunched a bit in the front and has another dent in the rear left quarter panel.
-Minor power steering fluid leek on the rack and pinion left boot.
-3 Cracks on the dash above the cluster
-Windshield has a crack as well
-You have to double clutch 1-3 gear until transmissions warms up in about 2 min.
-Driver side seat belt does not work
-Left pop up light does not go down.
