Modern Automotive Performance
3rd Annual Sport Compact Proving Grounds

Come join us for two full days of drag racing, auto-x, drifting and car shows! You can get all the nitty-gritty details on our blog (http://www.maperformance.com/blog/archives/1907), but here's a quick rundown:

* Saturday is full of open race events such as drag, drift, auto-x and road course
* Sunday has the real competition events such as drifting, auto-x, drag and the car show
* There will be multiple drag classes, from Outlaw/True/Motor Street classes to multiple stock classes, sport bikes and the MAP Quick 16 big boys
* Auto-X will also have many classes so everyone should be able to compete on a farily level playing field

The NOS Energy Drift Series is brought to you by NOS Energy Drinks, 93X, Modern Automotive Performance and RiceKiller.com and hosted at Raceway Park in Shakopee, MN. Each day's event will offer prizes for the top three places, ending with a grand prize of $1000 for the points leader at the end of the series, so make sure to attend all four days! While there, you can meet 93X radio personality Rudy Pavich and the 93X Girls!

* Saturday, June 4 from 1pm - 5pm
* Saturday, June 11 from 1pm - 5pm
* Saturday, August 6 from 1pm - 5pm
* Saturday, August 13 from 1pm - 5pm

The guys that attentded Round 1 of Midwest Drift Union (http://mdudrift.com) were telling me about this, hope everything works well for you dudes this season, might have to make a stop in 2012 possibly ;)

Less than 2 weeks away for Proving Grounds!

If we hit 1000 rsvp's we'll give out 5 free entries for this, and more for every 100 over that. There is no reason not to attend. Swimsuit comp, thousands in prizes, dare I say close to 10k, maybe more in giveaways! Drag, drift, autox, what more is there?
