sorry for being confusing. the front passenger turnsignal is off it wont come on but the passenger rear turn signal stays on at all times when the lights are on. and on the gauge cluster the signal is light at all times?

If the viper alarm was recently put in and they tapped for the dome light trigger or door wire then they picked the wrong wire. The wire behind the dimmer switch left side of steering wheel red with blue stripe wire is the right wire. Good luck.

The alarm has been in the remote was out of.charge and now.its charged and I used it for the first time last night. If the front light bulb is out does that mean the rear will stay on I'm so confused

-Take your LED bulbs out and put in a regular bulbs on front and rear
-inspect connectors and wiring for the signal lights while your in there
-replace flasher relay
-if all that fails either go over alarm wiring or find someone who can.
sounds more like an issue with the alarm than with the lighting system. unless your confusing the marker lights with the turn signal lights.
