I got the swap in and when I go to start it up the starter just clicks. it is the starter clicking not the relay. The battery is old and could bef the issue, my clock and radio lights shut off or dim when I try to start the sr and the starter clicks continuesly. Is this a battery, ground or starter issue? Im going to try a
new battery tomorrow but wanted to see if anyome else had the same issue
Thanks in advance

check your power wire to your starter an the other wires. if that doesnt work than pull the starter an have it tested. i had the same problem. wound up being wires

okay i lied hah i tried running a ground from the starter motor to the chassis and it turned over? i guess i just needed another ground but i didnt think i would have to add one that isnt in the harness

See if your power wire to the starter is connected, mine falls off randomly.
(EDIT) saw you made a ground, just check ALL your grounds and maybe add a extra one or 2.
