so i bought some tein super streets from a dude on here
but noticed that on one coilover on the top where there is
three screws facing upward one of them
is broken short!
i wanted to know if i can replace it with a matching fitment or does tein use a special type of screw??
and i cant tell if i can even remove the broken screw without damaging anything else
maybe they r welded and not ment to be taken off my force.
dnt know much about coilovers but any help would be great!
i just want to throw these on already but thats the only thing stopping me =(
thnx

Hmmmm i believe there pressed in and not welded in you could go to a hardware store and possibly find a matching high grade bolt but doubt it cause your gonna need the EXACT size and take it somewhere to get the old one punched out and the new one pressed in. If anything I'd call tein and get a quote.

hammer the old one out and go to hardware store and look for a replacement. They look just lug studs that hold the wheel, so any auto parts store might have something. If they don't, get the next size up and drill the bolt bigger.

ya that sounds like a good idea i threw them on today already and seem to be ok with one stud but i definitly will fix it asap i just realy needed to put them on cuz stock cut springs and blown shocks arent best lol
