ka-det awful cold start

Setup is a fresh built ka-det w. Greddy turbo kit manged by greddy e-manage

Everytime the engine is cold it takes at least 8-10 cycles to get it started .. after it starts however it runs like a dream.. I am assuming it has something to do with the cold start map yet though I have halfway decent knowledge about engine management systems (I have aem ems on my other car) I don't know anything about the greddy emanage and dontwant to mess something up on it .. due to the fact that the tune on it once its running is spot on...if anyone has some insight on this it would be greatly appreciated ..

Does it start much easier with the gas pedal fully pressed? I had a similar problem, check each spark plug and see if one or more is black and sooty. If you do, you most likely have a leaky injector or quite simply a leaky o-ring(s). Hope this helps.
