sr wont start but it cranks over.

ok so i put a s13 sr into my car, all wiring done an i turn the key on the clock backlighting comes on an the battery light really dim. no other lights. i had a switch for my fans an wen i give the power with my power probe 2 all the light come on the dash with no problem. you can hear the fuel pump kickin on but its really slow. when you try to start the car it cranks over like it has no fuel...... any ideas?

i put jumper cables straight to the wires an still same dim battery light. my neo afc is reading 10.6v for the battery

Go ahead and charge up your battery and after that confirm that you have fuel and spark.

Check spark by unplugging a plug wire and putting a spare plug on it and set it on top of the valve cover and crank the motor to see if it is sparking. Also you want to unplug the egi and pump relay to keep from possibly flooding your motor.

To check for fuel disconnect your fuel rail with the injectors in and hooked up and crank motor to see them spray. Be careful with that though.

battery is brand new an i redid the wiring for the jap to us plugs for the swap. car get spark but fuel pump turns on real slow. dont think its getting fuel because its not getting enough power.

found the problem. it was the alt amp. it was blowen.wen jump the connect wit a peice of wire an everthing turned on. god i feel stupid now.
