lagging problem

So im having a lagging problem in first gear and it sems like i get lag on and of while in boost. I have a whole in my piping which i welded shut, put back on the piping and still had the same problem. Any suggestions on what may be wrong?

mine did that, kinda sounded like the turbo fluttering. i had a blown out turbo gasket (turbo to manifold) id check for gaskets and possibly some vacuum leaks. the turbo will compensate for that hole in the pipe.

Yea the gaskets were just replaced a month ago, ill have to do some more checking up on it hopefully i can figure somthing out, thanks for the tip
