Ok, I have had this issue with my car for over a year now and I have done everything I can think of to fix it and I can never accomplish anything. This is my issue my idle is erratic never stays the same, for example can stat it up and it will idle at 1000-900 rpm 14.7 afr perfect, then I can turn the car off and literally turn it right back on anf the idle won’t go below 2000 and my af is all over the place. I do have two mil lights one is knock sensor but that is either caused by my other mill light or because I have solid motor mounts either way I hear absolutely no knock at idle. My other code is primary ignition signal, basically the ecu isn’t getting a ignition signal during cranking and running. So far I have done everything in the fsm to fix the ignition signal issue and everything checks out, was also reading that some people have the same issues as I do when the CPS is going bad so I got one of those today and ill post what happens. My setup is built block 8:5:1 cp piston wiesco rods p&p head, top feed 370cc rc injectors, q45 maf, and nistune for management. Thanks for any help.

i'll just through this out there... have you checked your blowoff valve for leaks? or vacuum leaks in general?
Just a thought.
Good luck with the troubleshoot

solid motor mounts will not cause knock sensor issues. but Knocking as in improper combustion...
hmmmm what would cause that....hmmmmmmmmmmmm...
maybe an ignition problem :w00t:

Are all of your harness grounds clean/complete and secure?

Well changed the CPS and it didn’t help at all, but I did find a wire on the sub harness for the CPS that wasn’t feeding back to the ecu fixed that and still no help, but I didn’t clear the mil code from the ecu so I disconnected the ecu to reset it and ill check tomorrow. The code is 21 and in the FSM I followed every step and it all passed. I’m thinking it is my injector setup, because before I did my swap it ran fine with the stock motor, but I did paint the engine bay so ill check the grounds, but I was anal about everything, nothing wrong with checking everything again and ill check that battery tray ground. Thanks for all the help, anything else you guys can think about?
