you can fit 9.5's under there, and even then you'd be stickin out the wheel well a little, or rubbin the shocks.. 11's would just look stupid without at least having fender flares. And if you hit a bump with the 11's they would rub.
if u r pushign 400 hp <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':0'> 11's MIGHT be worth it.. u'll sure hook up fast... but i'd stick with 9.5's.. even in that width.. ur going to be diggn DEEP in that wallet.

money isnt realy much of an issue. least till i go off to colledge. i dont want my wheels stickin out though...hrmmm flared fenders huh? how much is that and is that just bolting on to the acutal fender cause if thats so its still gonna rub against the fender anyway. im gonna some good power soon though cause im also close to having the money for a turbo.

you can either have the fenders flared at a body shop, or graft other flares or custom flares on at a body shop. Either way, there's gonna be cutting. The easier way might be grafting, but then it might not look right. The more custom way I'd think would be for them to flare the stock fenders, making slits in the fender, pulling them out (like a flower), then welding in the gaps and smoothing it over.

18" by 11" .....good luck finding tires for those rims. Your car would look like a HotWheels car if you did that.
If I were you , I would go for some JDM rims...something with a negative offset (very deep dish), something like 16" or 17". If you have 18"s, they could sap power if they arent lightweight...plus...your car isnt geared for 18's....so......personally I would go with 16" negative offset...maybe 16x9, some JUN fender flares....and slightly lowered suspension (to eat up that wheel gap). Leave the 18" by 11"s for the 911 turbos.

Ace, that would be sweet, but it would raise the fender gap, and would need to be extended. You could do it, but it would be a little more work than just filling in the gaps. The 11's might be nesesary with over 400hp.. maybe.. Could be like a prowler and run 22in wheels.. they are like 14 in' (guessing) wide.. HUGE..
I personally am gonna go with
front: 17x8 +30-35
rear: 17x9 +35-40

18's are rediculous for the 240 in and of itself, but 18 x 11, seriously, who you tryin to impress, there is no logical reason to go with anything that big, you are aware that you could buy an entire car with the money you're about to spend on wheels right? the car will be significantly slower in all aspects if you put somethin on that big, and for 2 grand you aren't gonna get wheels that are very light and the 240 really doesn't have the power to turn those monstrosities................but hey, it's you're car, do what you want
