Ok,
r32 gtr equipped with 14" brembo calipers in front. Motul dot4 fluid.
This little hole, has NO allen head no way to remove or service this piece as i know of.
but it keeps leaking ever so slowly. after about a hour of city driving, you can see fluid weeping. doesn't effect brake pedal at all.
Whats this hole used for? rebuild service port? proportion?

Do you have ABS?
edit: Looks like you do. I was looking at my Z32 MBC and since I'm non-ABS I have 3 outlets, but on the other side there is an outlet that is capped off and can be removed with a phillips screwdriver.

yes there is abs, but what would this have to do with the abs system?

ABS uses two outlets one for front brakes and one for rear brakes. Non-ABS uses three outlets, one for front left caliper, front right caliper, and one for both rear calipers. My MBC has four outlets. Three for braking purposes and one mystery ??? outlet that is capped off. So it makes sense that you only have three outlets for your ABS system (two for braking and one mystery outlet).
Anyways, maybe go to a junkyard and look for a z32 or s13 MBC and see if it has one of those fittings that will screw into the hole to plug it up.
Sorry I'm not much help :\

no threads to screw anything in.
I'm sorta thinking about tig welding that sucker shut... on the car and everything :)

^ You probably just need one of those plastic caps they use when the re-manufacture brake cylinders and steering racks.

shit...
if i put ice cubes on the top and bottom of the master and try to close the hole up with a tig? last resort i guess
maybe j-b it? lol
I'll make a rubber plug thats slightly larger, tap it in, see if it holds fluid in.
thanks for the help

When I took apart my brake master cylinder there was a slide pin that screwed into the side.
Stole this pic from another forum, it's a Q45 bmc so it's not identical to yours for brake line hooks ups.

That bolt only has about two or three runs of thread on it, the rest is just a long shaft that allows the plunger in the middle to travel forward and backward when the pedal is pressed and released, it limits how far you can push the pedal basically. Maybe find a wreckers and see if it has the philips screw where your hole is on your bmc.
