I'd put a lot of money down and say they're Work VS-XX

Bing! Correct, But,

I'm sorry Will, your answer is incorrect, you forgot to phrase your answer in the form of a Question.

The answer is "What are Work VS's"

the 5Zigens are sweet also. but the offset is +43.
is that too big for a S13?

It won't flush up with the fender; the 5Zigens sold in the US have predominantly FWD offsets to accommodate the large market of Honda owning wheel buyers. For a 7"-8" wide wheel to flush up, shoot for something in a +20 to +35 offset respectively.

Actually the 5Zigen Heidfeld is available in +35 offset. The 240SX will fit a +32 to 43 offset, however when getting a full coilover suspension system, you will definately need a + 32 to +40. If going larger brake system +32 to +35
I do have one set of Silver 17x7.5 5/114.3 (S14 5 lug) with a +35 offset on our show floor. Cost shipped with Toyo Proxies ZR4's is 1100.00 with in the Continental U.S.

Heidfelds are a really nice mesh rim for the money. If you really want to shell out the dough for the Work wheels, check out www.takakaira.com Don't forget, in addition to the price of the wheels, you're gonna have to cover shipping from Japan.

I was just looking at the 5 zigen 5ZRs and it seems like the high offset ones look quite different from the lowe offset ones.
Anyways, shawn

do you have the one that looks like the wheel on the top right? more of a deeper dish look? (are those avaliable in 1pc?)

its looks pretty obvious the wheel on the top left has kind of a high offset.

Gawd... it is so hard to find a good set of wheels that are 8 inches wide +. everyone has freaking 7-7.5. OR you pay 500 bucks a wheel. Those are nice, but I want wider dammit.

The 17"(Copse) are available in only 1-piece cast configuration as well as 7.5" only widths.

The 18"(Copse) are 2 piece forged and 1 piece cast and can be had in a variety of widths and offsets. They are $500-$700 a piece though, and personally I would rather have the Work or some Volks for that amount of money.

The 18" are most likely those ones in the picture (they look 2 piece to me); I bet the "deeper" looking wheels are just the wider available sizes (9" or 10").

A few wheels I've found that are reasonably priced that have the option of 8" wide are Kosei K1 racing, SSR Integrals, Borbet Type E's, Mille Miglia MM-11-2, or if you can get a hold of 2 pairs of Z32 TT rear wheels. They're 16x8.5. The Kosei's I think are available 16x8.5. The Integrals you can get in 17x8 / 17x9 setup if you want. The Type E's are available in 17x8 and the MM-11-2's can be had in 17x8. You can find all of the wheels above on Tirerack's website (www.tirerack.com) and they are all well under 500 bucks a piece...
