The q45 rotors will work nice just drill em for 4 lug if that's the problem. I think u can run j30's and maybe 300zx rotors as well..not 100% but maybe sum1 can clear it up

you can use them on stock rotors. Or altima rotors because they are bigger and still four lug. 88 rotors also offers rotors re-drilled in the four lug patern and five lug. There is alot of choices. text me if interested
