While driving the other night the vacuum line for the FPR came off at the T for the boost gauge, i drove about a mile or two before realizing this and fixing it, ever since my car has smelled like gas when i got on it, last tank i got 21mpg...this time i got 18.

Probably hurt nothing...
It would've just given too much gas anytime you weren't in boost, and then not enough when you were boosting - It's a 1:1 regulator, so at idle it regulates to ~34psi, and with the line disconnected, it wouild sit at 43. Then in boost, it wouldn't raise the fuel pressure a corresponding amount...and the boost leak from the open vacuum line probably made it even more rich that it would normally be, so it didn' go lean.
If it's fixed now, forget about it.

the gas smell makes me think that its NOT fixed. plus i have a walbro pump, i think they put out a little more than 43 psi

The Walbro can do +100psi...but the regulator controls what the rail sees, with a vacuum signal hooked up or not.
And no, the Walbro DOES NOT flow enough to overun the stock regulator.
Again, under vacuum, it'll drop the pressure to ~34psi. 0 vacuum, no boost, or line not connected = 43psi all the time. Every PSI of boost adds 1 psi of rail pressure IF the line was connected...
You may have a leaky injector, who know...
But if the line is back on the rail, that problem is fixed.
Pressure test the intake mani/intercooler piping for leaks, see if air comes out by the injectors.
