the wires arnt chaffed all the fuses r new the bulps r new the sensor on the break pedal is fine but my breaks wont turn off help

Its probably the break switch is staying on. Try that.

Please guys, take the time to educate yourselves.

Break - the act of making something broken.

Brake - the mechanical process used to stop your car.

BRAKE lights, BRAKE switch, BRAKE pedal, etc...

Get under your dashboard and look at your brake pedal. If there is a hole in the pedal where the sensors plunger makes contact with it, then you have lost the factory plastic plug. For now, use electrical tape, and a nickel to close the hole and allow your brakes lights to function properly and stop draining your battery. At your earliest convenience, get to a local dealership or parts store to get the appropriate plastic piece for the hole.

If the plug is still in place, then perhaps your brake switch has indeed gone bad. If so, un-plug it so as to stop draining your battery, and go buy a new one to replace it.
