We have a 1/97 S14 and I swapped a black top S14 SR20DET w/manual trans in place of the KA24DE with automatic trans.

I have the trans wiring taken care of however the owner brought in a new prebuilt OE harness for a RHD. The car is LHD and that really shouldnt present much of a problem (I think).

However the harness we now have is missing a few plugs and also has a few extra plugs. We also just got the new ecu in today because the engine supplier supplied us with a chopped up harness. The original SR20DET harness was a WC harness and ecu.

The new harness is a NB ecu and harness.

What do I need to do to make this NB harness wire up since it doesnt have the correct plugs I need to make it plug and play. If necessary I could cut the plugs off the KA harness and splice them to the NC harness. Will that work?

Pictures of the NC ECU and Harness, can I even use this harness?

All images are thumbnails, you can click on them for a full size photo.

Also can you all help me identify what each socket is for. This will help a lot if I end up having to splice these into where ever they have to go.
This is the ECU for for the late model SR20DETs with ABS and Automatic Transmission.

This is a plug on the harness that I have nothing to plug into. What is it for? What do I need to splice this too?
This is the F7 plug, it is for ABS and can be taped up and tucked away.

Also this is the harness that plugs into the KA harness and runs along the bottom of the floor beside the door. What do I need to slice this into? Or do I need to splice it at all?
This small connector is for emissions (per wiring specialties) and can be taped up and tucked away also.

So you have a USDM S14 Converted to RHD?
Why is the ECU on the Right side then?

Or did you just mix up R & L side?

the new wiring harness from wiring specialties or an OEM J-spec Harness

It is a LHD US model S14, the harness the owner purchased is a OEM j-spec harness for the RHD models. However I beleive that it doesnt make any difference if its a LHD or RHD harness. Im just having a problem with what to do with these other connectors.

you need to repin the F4 plug the long rectangular white plug.
Extend the MAFS plug and a few other things.

Search around here its been covered quite a few times

Ya I extended the MAF plug.

Even though I am using the SR harness I still have to repin the F4 plug? I thought that was only if you were using the KA harness.

ya cuz the JDM chassis wiring is different from the USDM chassis harness

Ya I see this now. I found a couple of good diagrams, most notably this one : http://zilvia.net/f/tech-talk/209158-how-s14sr-into-s14-chassis.html#post2260700

So after repinning the F4 it should be good to go right.

However what about the small straight white 8 pin plug? This runs along the bottom ride side of the floor along the door. It originally plugged into the main harness.

Also there is a small plug to the left of the F4 plug. Do I have to do anything about that? Picture of it below.

I am still trying to figure out what this plug is too:
