did you remove the clutch damper block?

if not you're gonna never get it right.

Even when you do remove it, it takes some serious bleeding.

When changing the master cyl your gonna have to spend sometime bleeding it..

Having someone in the car and pump the clutch while you bleed it in the front. I had a problem like this.

yea whenever you totally replace the system it takes a while to get everything bled right.

FSM procedure on how to bleed it, and be patient. Hand pump/mighty vac works too

may not have a return spring installed. I have seen it before on other cars with parts store brand masters.

what would a return spring have anything to do witha master cylinder?

i have the same problem except somethings wrong with my clutch fork..like everything hydrolically is working fine untill the bleeding process..the slave just keeps going further and further out untill the fork is pushed to far and the slave pops ouit and dumps fluid..is there an adjustment on the clutch fork at all? feels like the throwout is hitting the pressure plate to late and fork gets pushed too far for the slave to hanlde...help please :(
