No, it's still based on the stock MAF system. There have been some MAP+IAT hacks that take the place of the MAF but there is no way to force it to be TPS dependent.
Even if you could hack something together I would still run a standalone designed for it.
What ITB setup are you going to be running that a MAP system wouldn't work?

I would think MAP would be more effective on an ITB setup as opposed to a MAF setup....
BTW - the technical name for what you're trying to do is Alpha N. And I'm pretty sure it'd require EXTENSIVE reprogramming of the ECU's operating code to do an alpha N setup.

Hook up a map sensor behind the throttle plate in the runner. If you need more balance put a nipple on each runner and tie them together.
