Probably not, if its the Fords fault; his property damage will likely be maxed out, but seeing the state min of coverage for FL and that he probably doesnt have anything too far above it... The drivers family will be pissed, cause he'll be sued for remaining damages and hittin a 458 is enough to put anyone out of their house and savings and get garnished wages in the future. =T

most the ferrari guy is gonna gte is the F150 drivers max payout, which is probably around $5000-30k so actually the ferrari driver is screwed.

I'm going through the same thing, and my lawyer says we can only sue them for the difference if they deny our claim, if they accept liability then by law you can only get up to the max payout.
maybe I understood it wrong.? my case is still underway lol, waiting for the other party's response

That ford is definitely in the wrong. If you're coming out of a driveway or parking lot you have to make sure it's clear before you can go, this guy probably thought he can just floor it and make the turn..i hate people like that. Too bad the F150 guy won't be able to cover the damage.
