95 ka to 97 ka wiring

sup guys. i need a little help.
I tried looking but i guess im lookin for a more specific answer of what to do clear cut....dunno maybe im an idiot and should stop now. anyway.

I have a 95 240, automatic, abs. all i have left from the motor is the upper harness.

I purchased a 97 ka, with the manual trans, non abs, and ecu. I have both the upper and lower harness.

I need to know what to do to get it to run......

I have already jumped the wire by the fuse box for the auto to manual conversion. but im not sure what to do about the neutral safety switch either as the harness i have in the car is the 97 which came with the manual trans....but, what other wiring is involved. there are a lot of plugs that dont match up...

forgot to add the only thing i really found is to swap a 95 intake mani and o2 sensor over to the 97 then use the 95 harness and do the neutral safety switch like usual on the 95 harness...but still unsure of what to do with the abs....

am i right??

Don't swap anything else, just let me get the upper harness because you're gonna be using all of the 97 stuff anyways. Both upper and lower harnesses. Not though that in order for your car to start, you will have to hardwire your neutral position switch into the ecu regardless of what you run. Follow these instructions for the wiring of your neutral position switch.......S14 5-speed Transmission Swap - Electrical Connections (http://www.ka24development.com/cwilfert/S14_tranny_swap_electrical.html). The same rules apply! Get at me about the 95 upper harness though. I could use that! Lol

If you have ABS on the 95 upper harness and want to keep abs on your car, you will have to depin and transfer that part over. Take your time and label everything. Get a FSM to confirm where the pins go.

thanks guys. im tryin to do the intake mani swap and o2 sensor swap first. then all i should have to do is wire the neutral safety switch and cut off the abs plugs, and take the bulb out...i already put non abs 5 lug hubs on......
