Brand new nissan oem egr valve

I purchased this EGR valve from Nissan (http://zilvia.net/f/#). I sold my car, never installed it, and the dealership does not take back special order parts. I payed around 160.00 and I'm selling it for 60.00 or your best offer (comes with gasket)
