Check your wiring. Thats 99% of what these problems are

well to make the story short the harness was cut in 3 pieces
and this are the grounds i dont know where do the go
i mean do they just go to the chassis..

No, the ecu grounds them. Follow those wires from their plugs to the ecu

Q:The AAC also call IAC has a ground where does it go to?
Q:TPS also has a ground where does it go?
Q:CAS has a second ground where does it go to?

Those are all grounded through the ecu. Those are the ground wires from that sensor or unit. You dont ground them to the chassis, they are supposed to be pinned in the ecu

ok i just grounded all the pins from my post #5
but i checked pin number 2 and 9
and i'm not getting any pulse like in the pins
1 and 8
now i really think the ecu doesnt work!!

your ecu looks janky as shit, try a different one if fixing your wiring doesn't work.

help please
does anyone know what the readings for the q45 ignitor chip should be?????
im getting this readings
I1 red/white = .00
I2 red/yellow =.04
8 black = ground
I3 red/green = 12.00 V (is this correct???)
I4 red/blue = .03
other side of the ignitor chip:
E1 red/blue = .002
E2 red/white = .002
E3 red = .512

here is an update
first start - all original parts - result: hot ignitor chip and spark only in coils #1 and #4
replaced ignitor chip - +q45 ignitor chip - result: warm ignitor chip and spark only in coils #1 and #4
then replaced the ecu - new ecu + q45 ignitor chip - result: warm ignitor chip and spark only in coils #1 and #4
everytime i checked and rechecked the wiring
anyone whats to guess why it wont start?
