Define everything you tried so we can rule those out

your injectors are flooding mabe O-Rings are shot , you crossed fuel lines , fuel line return is blocked some where,
check your fuel presure once you have determined that the o-rings are good, and that the return line flows corectly
for the return check at the gas tank also , especialy if the car has been sitting for a while , grime and dirt get cought and block it , also the factory fuel presure regulater also gets stuck if no used in some time, mabe the vacuum that goes to it , theres alot you can check but without you giving us a run down of what you have looked at , i cant say

Please list what you have checked/done so far.
But like what he said ^^^ check the injectors orings, lines, pressure.

more or less blue printed motor.
.30 over
OBX pulley kit
10lbs flywheel
10.2g plug wires
intake
CXR polly motor mounts
DC header
ac gone
alum. rad.
i replaced all vacume lines, resealed intake mani. double and tripple checked all timing, no check engine light, all dash works, no electrical issues. o- rings are good, it just seems like the injectors are not pulsing... just staying on lol soooooo much gas!!! even the oil had a gas smell to it, not bad but it was there.
the car ran for about 30min the idle got better and better but thats when i looked under the car and saw the glowing (rear most part of the cat) glowing. and it seems that every time i try starting it, its just getting worse and worse.
now the 1st o2 sensor is not hooked up... i know this could have something to do with it but it ran fine before without it...? the back 02 is plugged up so il hook the front one up check those fuel lines maybe there backwards. but if that doesn't work im freggin lost
HELP!!!

wow really? you dont have the o2 hooked up and your wondering why its running rich? on top of that, your parts list is vague and gives no help to your problem. Why do we care what motor mounts, pulley kit, flywheel, radiator, and/or if you have ac or not. How about you tell us if you have a bigger set of injectors (how big or stock?) running a bigger fuel pressure regulator, stock ecu? stock fuel rail? bigger fuel pump?you left out everything that we need to know to help you out.
on a side not, if your trying to get it idling, ever think its your iacv? you can adjust it and if you overhauled the motor, did you replace it or at the very least clean it and replace the gasket?
now please answer back with information that might be helpful.

plug your o2 sensor in or get a new one if it doesnt work. probably gonna want new plugs, and your distributor may be off a few degrees

stock fuel except Z32 filter. stock ecu except safc2 which is reset no fuel adjustments. plugs are brand new i cleaned them off. havent had the chance to mess with it in the last couple days. iavc all cleaned new gasket. i thought the 02 was part of it but like i said it ran fine without it before. reason being it fell out of the car one day last summer messed it up... i found it lying on the road lol put it back in but the plug was messsed up and i never got a new one and just a few days later was when i started my project.
my list of mods was stating how the motor is stock... thats it there was not much else to list.
just looking for some help. just help
il replace the 02 this weekend and see if it helps.
at this point after all the double check im 99% sure the dist is dead on but even with a little rotating of the cap it didnt change.

check to see that your tps is within spec. pressure test the system for vacuum leaks that will cause you to run rich.
