so i got my Recaro SRD's in along with Recaro Track Sliders and Wedge brackets....

Wedge brackets mount to the floor mounting points just fine..
Recaro Sliders are perfect and are U-Shaped pointing towards the floor, with 3 adjustable height mounting points on each end of the U...

im not sure if im missing someting or just seeing it wrong, but there is virtually no way i see how the Wedge Bracket would mount to the Recaro Slider since there is no ROD BAR!!!!
arent the Rod bars supposed to be welded onto the Wedge brackets so it can mount up to the U shaped Recaro sliders??? I'm thinking Wedge messed up on their part, or there is an additional part i need from them...

one possible outcome is that i remember my friend had to get addition Wedge adapters that clip on one end of the Wedge Brackets with a Rod bolted onto the clips to mount up to his Sparco Sliders....But that was for a different car, different shaped bracket...

another is modifying the Recaro slider by hacking off the u Shape, but now i've lost the ability to adjust height, and i dont wanna ruin the Recaro Slider if there is another alternative....

third, buy Recaro Brackets, but they take MONTHS and really really expensive....

4th, im looking to see what other mounting brackets are available that would fit Recaro track Sliders....It's about 16.5"'s from each slider mounting point....I called Bride today and they said Bride brackets will not mount up to Recaro Sliders.....

can anyone help or give a solution???

japanese off brand slidesr
i sold some to jason nagra, pair for 250 (they were for sale for a LONG TIME).
anyways sit about same as bride rails and fit like a glove.

i suggest trying to score some recaro rails from japana dn sell that wedge crap. ive seen it. its junk. you need some decent sliders that fit PERFECT.
rail slider combo of course, no universal crud.

good luck to you
(yes bride WONT fit recaro)
