we have a caravan leaving the Bank of America across the street from In-n-Out at Mission valley mall.
Arrive at 7:30am
Leave at 8:00am

It's the Chevron gas station off the 5 freeway on Palomar Airport Rd.

...The plan is to leave at around 9:00 since it would take roughly an hour and a half to get to the LBC Convention Center. And it leaves some time to find parking, get some food if people are hungry and just relax a bit before the first runs start at 11:30.

I personally haven't bought tickets yet, but if they do it like they did a couple years ago when i went, you have assigned seats on the tickets. So if we want to sit together, post up so we can all buy our tickets at the same time either at the event, or online.

Saturday's Events:
9:00 am – 5:00 pm – Box Office Open – Long Beach Arena Box Office
10:00 am – Gates Open to the Public - Venue
11:30 am – 1:00 pm – Main Competition: Round of 32 – Track
1:00 pm – 2:00 pm – "Half-time" Break – Venue
2:00 pm – 2:30 pm – National Anthem / Opening Ceremonies – Track
2:30 pm – Main Competition: Round of 16 to Finals – Track
4:30 pm – 5:00 pm – Trophy Ceremony and Closing – Main Paddock
5:00 pm – Box Office Close – Long Beach Arena Box Office
6:00 pm – Gates Close to Public

Reason the meeting point is up there, its on the way up there and if the north county guys decide to, they dont have to drive down then back up.

We can setup another meeting point at mission valley for the south SD guys at about 8 and drive on up to the last point. What do you guys think?

The Chevron is more than adequate for the caravan meet up. We've used it before and had no problems. Gas stations are usually a good place to start since people can fuel up and buy snacks for the ride.

Small caravans, single file is preferable to be able to account for everyone. Large caravans, its a bad idea since you'll end up hitting traffic and people want to be able to advance, at least from my experiences caravaning. Have fun bros!
