You also can't put a DOHC clutch slave on a SOHC tranny. Other than that its good to go.
Decent price GLWS

Are you blindly saying I am lying or have you tried fitting a dohc slave on a sohc tranny.
I know because I tried fitting a DOHC slave on my sohc tranny. Also if you look it up the part numbers are different.
They are very similar. If you force the DOHC slave in it might fit, but they are not the same.

I hope you don't mind me continuing the talk about the clutch slave.
What kind of slave did you use?
All I know is the DOHC slave won't fit in the SOHC tranny. Maybe the SOHC slave will fit on the DOHC tranny.
The DOHC slave is slightly longer and the 2 bolt holes don't line up by a few mm. Since the SOHC slave is slightly smaller MAYBE it might fit on the DOHC tranny cause it ,being slightly shorter, is not going to have the effect of it being slightly longer.
So what slave did you use on both of the trannys?
I said the DOHC slave wont fit on the SOHC tranny. So if it does fit the other way around I'm technically not wrong.
Also If you did use a DOHC slave on both trannies then maybe it depends on the manufacture of the slave. Cause the one I tried, Centric, did not work.
@s13-ghost nobody got owned. Just sharing some info based on experience. If my exp. doesn't coincide with some elses 100% of the times, so be it. Then both sides will learn something.

They are one and the same. If you have more questions abouth this please take it to the appropriate section of the forum. I would rather not discuss this in my for sale thread. Thank you.
