heads up display issue

Hello everybody,
I am having an issue with my heads up display. the other day when i started up my 1991 240sx coupe the heads up display wasn't displaying anything. i was wondering if there is a common thing that causes it to go out. i just got the car not too long ago and figured this would be a good place to ask. i was planning on keeping it simple and see if there is maybe a fuse for it but when i looked under the hood i didn't see anything that looked like it would be for that so IDK.

If this has happened to anybody here can you please post up how they fixed it or if anybody has any helpful information it would be greatly appreciated.

it could be multiple things. there is a solder joint that goes bad on them. i can't remember where it is though. it could also be a capacitor or resistor that went bad. It is a very common problem. you should be able to search and find out exactly what it is as i can't remember off the top of my head.
